"Should never have left State Farm. I left when nc decided to up auto insurance through the state. At that time my eater went up 150+ my normal rate. Wife and myself no accidents or speeding tickets. Went with safeco through liberty worst decision ever. Over covered my vehicles as we always do went on vacation 900+ miles away my vehicle sustained damage and tried to file a claim that I was covered under and safeco denied it. Went back to state farm this time with a different agent and they have treated us as if we are family. If nc decides to raise rates again I’ll just eat it as not worth saving money for rolling the dice on a bad insurance company"

"When Bill Ethridge ran this office, it was terrific. It has gone downhill into the ditch. I switched mine & son's vehicle & home insurance elsewhere for a much better rate. McMillan is more interested in his political aspirations than the insurance business. Once had towing dropped bc said over 11 years, I had a car towed each year and it showed a pattern. They even included when someone ran into me and totaled my car. Didn't want to pay out for mags on my car. Told me to go get them. Car had been pushed over curb, damaging all wheels. I had to get a lawyer and sue. After receiving storm damage, their appraiser said would replace HALF the roof and rest could be patched. For real. SF is the biggest ripoff agency and services way overpriced. I'm extremely happy with my new place. They actually answer the phone when you call to pay. Only thing I left was life insurance. And, yes, now that I'm old, they've tried to get me to reduce it. But those jerks are going to pay my beneficiaries every last penny after all the aggravation over the years. Service sucks, but SF can afford celebrities in commercials. Hmmm..."
